Hi! I’m Daniela, a sommelier and tour guide with a great passion for food, wine, and travel. After university, I decided to follow my dream and travel the world, working in luxury hotels and restaurants in cities like London, New York, and Melbourne. I was also fortunate enough to explore Canada, the Caribbean, Mexico, and many other destinations while working on one of the largest cruise ships in the world.

Despite all these incredible experiences, I felt something was missing. So, in 2021, I decided to realize my true dream: founding Degustazioni Insolite. This small business in the Marche region combines my passion for food and wine with my love for my homeland, creating authentic food and wine experiences for international tourists.
